The awisto management team consists of two managing partners who founded the company together in 2004 and have developed it into a leading CRM consultancy. They are experts in Dynamics 365 CE, CRM solutions, mobile apps, interfaces, add-ons and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Ingolf Blocher

Managing Director
After completing his studies at the Technical University of Stuttgart, Ingolf Blocher developed product components for the pharmaceutical industry at a leading CRM company. He later headed the development department in India as Development Manager. He developed the basic CRM architecture for products there.
At the beginning of 2001, he moved to a medium-sized software company where, as Project Manager, he managed several major projects in the banking sector for well-known companies.
In 2004, he founded awisto business solutions GmbH together with Kaj Mähner.
At awisto, he is responsible for marketing and sales.
Kaj Mähner
Dipl. Ing. Technische Kybernetik
Managing Director
Kaj Mähner worked as a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation after completing his studies at the Technical University of Stuttgart. He focused on the programming of robots as well as quality assurance and optimization processes.
At the beginning of 1999, he moved to a medium-sized software company, where he first took over the management of software development and then the management of the technical departments as Vice President.
In 2004, he founded awisto business solutions GmbH together with Ingolf Blocher.
At awisto, he is responsible for IT, legal and finance.
The two managing directors are not only business partners, but also friends. They share a passion for CRM and a vision to transform their customers’ processes. They are proud of their awisto teams, which consist of qualified and certified professionals.
Open and honest communication with their customers is just as important to them as with their employees. They are always on the lookout for new challenges and talent.
