Using a mobile app developed by awisto, the service technician on site can document and complete all maintenance and repair activities in the CRM.

The sales department even manages complex clinic and hospital structures in the CRM. The extensive product portfolio is now also available in the CRM so that quotations can be created directly in the CRM.
