Our introductory workshops focus on you. Together, we examine your processes and discuss the necessary requirements.

A detailed requirements analysis is the most important prerequisite for a successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CE. We record your requirements, discuss processes and analyze data and information flows.

We analyze interfaces to ERP systems, BI solutions and much more. We then draw up a comprehensive requirements specification that serves as a guideline and basis for commissioning. It includes the current status quo of the relevant processes in your company, your requirements for the future solution and our proposed solutions.

When you commission awisto to implement your solution, we start by introducing and customizing the system. We set up the online tenant, activate users and take care of the role and security concept. We then develop the processes together with you. We work according to the SCRUM principle, which gives you the opportunity to constantly influence the development.

Once development is complete, your system goes live with the processes you have specified and tested.

In parallel, we continue to work on improvements and optimizations of the system to ensure the sustainable and future-proof success of the implementation. All of this should increase usability and acceptance.

We support you throughout the entire life cycle of the system and implement new requirements.

User training is essential in order to offer your employees the best possible user experience. This improves acceptance and routine when using the system.

We don’t neglect administrators either. We also offer comprehensive training so that you can carry out small adjustments and general administrative processes yourself.
